As part of OPS operations, QPC has the input of the OPS Engineering staff who have many years of tool design and manufacturing experience. This industry knowledge is shared amongst the team using unique IT based technology.

OPS have carefully selected several toolmaking partners local to QPC, who in turn assist QPC with tooling support.

QPC staff assist OPS in managing and progressing tooling from design through to complete sign-off. Detailed progress reports are submitted throughout the development phase. An agreed quantity of samples will be sent to our clients at every trial stage.
